Yoga Retreat (6 days)
The stretch-yoga retreat programme for groups of 2-3 people includes:
- Daily Yoga sessions
- Accommodation (double room with a shared bathroom between 2-3 guests)
- Full Board (3 meals plus fruits and mineral water served throughout the day). Breakfast and lunch served at the villa and for dinner, we take our guests to one of the local restaurants
- Terrenocurotherapy – daily therapeutic walks around the hills (5-6 miles walks)
- Personalised Nutritional Assessment
- Transfers from/to Pescara Airport or Pescara Train station

Osteopathy “Rest and Recovery” retreat July – August 2019 start date and duration – flexible, minimum stay 4 nights
Price £220 per person per day, includes:
- Initial telephone Consultation with an Osteopath Vadim Kalganov
- Accommodation on a private villa
- Half Board meals (breakfast and lunch served in the villa) and dinner at the selected local agro-restaurants)
- Individual consultations
- Daily therapies: osteopathy, massage, medical acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, electrotherapy, TCM, terrencuro-therapy
- Herbal supplements to continue treatment at home for the duration of 2 month
- Nutritional Assessment
- Sightseeing trips, Daily Trips to the beach or local sightseeing
- Transfers from/to Pescara airport. If you arrive in Ancona or Rome airports (extra charge will apply)
- Post-programme support to monitor the treatment outcomes
